What we collect

If you submit the inquiry form, we receive the name, email, phone, and message you provide. If you use the "Ask a question" concierge, we process the text of your questions to answer them. We do not require an account and we do not track you across other sites.

How we use it

Inquiry details are used only to respond to you. Concierge questions are used only to generate an answer in the moment. They are not stored on our servers and are not used to build a profile of you.

Service providers (subprocessors)

• Vercel: website hosting and delivery.
• Resend: delivers inquiry-form emails to us.
• Anthropic: powers the "Ask a question" concierge; your question text is sent to Anthropic's API to generate the reply and is not used by us to train any model.
• Cal.com: scheduling, if you book a call.

Retention

We keep inquiry emails as long as needed to serve you and meet our records obligations. Concierge questions are ephemeral and not retained by us.
